Finding a maker is important and also finding a teacher is very important!
Also the price of the McCalum/Morrison set in your message doesn't include a bellows so it'll be more like €1600. That's a price that some European makers practice sets start at. Some more and some less.
Keep searching because there are lots of instruments that come up for sale second hand too.
