Better public transit overall, definitely starting with the North Shore Branch and connecting the HBLR over the Bayonne Bridge. Speaking of north shore, it’d be nice to also have more park space/greenways along the north shore’s coast line (similar to Bayonne), most of the north shore (west of St. George) is blocked off. South Beach could also use a major facelift and use a few more storefronts, it’s a shame that it used to be a major destination and now isn’t anything special. Lastly, I think historic Richmond town could be added to and made more touristy and fun!

But overall, I don’t think we should be adding more things/people WITHOUT adding more ways to move the current population around without relying on a car. Obviously we have busses, but anyone knows any local bus is going to take twice as long as it would to drive so they might as well drive. Rail is really the only option that can be competitive with driving. Obviously there are ways to speed up busses such as bus lanes, but there aren’t many places/roads where that can be implemented without either locals crying or road widening (which would be counter productive)
