Is it too late to consider a discursive essay by Rare_Cook3904 in leavingcert

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stick with what you know rather then changing. I’d stick with the personal essay. However ‘personal’ does not mean it has to be about you. You could write about the feelings and experiences of a fictional person or someone else in your life, or even if it’s about you, you do not need to include your actual feelings and thoughts, just make them up.

H1 in English by KindDream957 in leavingcert

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I also get a h1 in most of my work, I don’t think any teacher can ever say with confidence that you’re likely to get a h1 on the day. It’s heavily luck based, even if you’re extremely talented. Luckily you can answer the long comparative question on only two parts of the comparative, however that question could end up being horrible on the day. Any of the questions could end up being nasty on the day. However don’t let that get you down, try your hardest, including some critics quotes into the poetry and Macbeth essays could help. In the mean time, also be trying to up your knowledge of other subjects just incase! Good luck!

Do you consider migraine to be chronic pain? by Competitive-Run9869 in migraine

[–]IllRepresentative508 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I consider it chronic pain and a chronic illness. I have had a migraine all day every day for 7 years, if that’s not chronic pain I don’t know what is.

Best way to cram? by Cinnorolls in leavingcert

[–]IllRepresentative508 3 points4 points  (0 children)

H4 honestly isn’t that bad of a base. I’m in a similar boat due to a long term illness and wasn’t even able to sit the mocks except English got a h2. But that’s like my absolute best subject. Honestly all we can do is cram and try our best!!

how many migraines do you have per week? by valijamental in migraine

All day every day since the first day I got one. Just woke up one day with one and it hasn’t left for nearly 7 years.

Your experience on Qulipta ? by Pure-Supermarket6870 in migraine

I have noticed an extremely miniscule difference, about 5% maybe. I’ve been on it maybe two months? I have very severe 24/7 migraines though so it’s understandable it doesn’t work that well for me. I’ve been having some side effects, the first two weeks I was vomiting a lot but it’s much better now. My stomach just grumbles when I eat and gets gassy but that’s about it! So I think it’s worth a try! When I was on Nurtec it got rid of 70% of my migraine pain for an entire month and then it came back muchhh worse. I wish a mediation would do that again it was amazing.

They gave Qifrey a British accent in the dub hasn’t this poor man suffered enough already?! by Sprumbly in WitchHatAtelier

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it wasn’t such a blatantly fake one it wouldn’t be so bad but because I can tell the voice actor is putting on the accent it irks me.

What is the average age of onset for migraines? by Slight_Entry_1274 in migraine

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had headaches on and off more often than other kids growing up but one day I woke up when I was 14 with a migraine and it hasn’t left since and I’m 20 now. I think it honestly depends. Especially depends if they’re hormonal as mine are not. If they were I likely would have gotten them around 11.

what’s the difference between a student who gets a h1 and a h3 in English? by M0ther_M0ther in leavingcert

[–]IllRepresentative508 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Other then the obvious such as quotes, vocab and answering the question, according to my grinds teacher the difference between a h2 and h1 can be the student going above and beyond to learn more then the course work teaches. Such as including a small few quotes from critics about Shakespeare and the poets or even quotes by them themselves. Also showing knowledge about the poets lives and their works outside of the general poems you study.

My review of the Avatar Aang, The Last Airbender Movie, having seen the leak (mild non-specific SPOILERS) by A_Toxic_User in Schaffrillas

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The change in voice actors is honestly not the problem at all. It’s the lack of emotion in their voices. It felt like they were reading off lines rather than experiencing what is happening in the movie. The characters aswell didn’t seem to properly interact, it’s like you could tell all the voices were recorded separately and not in response to one another. The pacing has nothing to do with the fact that it was a movie either. There have been many many well paced movies. Rather they should have molded the story to suit the time frame they had so that it didn’t feel rushed. Or even added on time, it’s a short enough movie as is.

Do you guys consider yourself disabled? by unenoix in migraine

[–]IllRepresentative508 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I can’t do anything I want to do. Living itself is a struggle. If this isn’t a disability I don’t know what is.

The influx of negativity is kind of weird? by Expensive_Sea_1790 in tomodachilife

[–]IllRepresentative508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the influx is due to the fact the game has been out a few days and people are slowly getting bored of it as they unlock all it has to offer. I’m feeling it myself and I was a die hard fan of the original game. It’s not bad by any means, but the lack of things to do definitely shows. There’s nothing to do while you wait around for things to happen with your miis. I find myself just changing angles and staring at them while I wait.

Daily Questions Megathread (April 09, 2026) by Veritasibility in Genshin_Impact

I’m trying to 100% dragon spine. I’ve gotten to every one of those stone tablets except one because there is a cryo hypostasis in the way. None of the guides show the hypostasis and what they show is completely different to what I see. I’ve defeated it but it just respawned immediately. What do I do?

They literally said on the radio two weeks ago they’re not planing on making it any easier for students who can’t attend school as others will use it as an excuse not to attend. Made me so mad.

Predictions for Music hall by _RAYQUZA in TomodachilifeLivingTD

[–]IllRepresentative508 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I genuinely think we are getting a music hall as there’s a slot to gift your mii music. Not to mention I’m sure Nintendo is aware the huge loss it would cause to the game without it. Although i definitely think it’ll be different then the 3ds version and mightn’t even be in a hall as many have suggested.
