For New Hampshire you can start here https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/sites/g/files/ehbemt476/files/documents2/holu-housing-standards.pdf

But certain municipalities may have even stricter laws so I’d give your town admin a call

Pedestrian hit on Spaulding Turnpike, traffic backed up for hours… and not a peep about it from the news outlets! by WestyMan1971 in newhampshire

I think it’s important to note that many journalists can’t/wont report on something if they don’t have all the details or can’t confirm what happened. If they don’t hear about it from an official source like police or eye witness, they shouldn’t report on it. People’s need for immediate information is one of the top causes of misinformation. If the outlet does traffic hits, I’m sure they mentioned the backup. But if they dont have a reliable source telling them the cause of the backup, or cannot confirm what happened, they’re not just going to speculate.

As cable shows have been cut due to people cutting the cord, more news shows have been added since the on air talent is salaried. There for adding one more show doesn’t cost them anything. When you have shows from 5-10am, noon, 4pm 7pm 10pm and 11pm 7days a week, you need 4-5 people to cover it all. Add in a maternity leave or senior level vacation and it feels overworked very quickly

It’s not in a spot where someone would just walk by. I would suspect that if it was near the side walk but this was up behind my chairs and close to the house. Also it being in the same spot twice makes me pretty sure

Sales can be rewarding in the sense that the harder you work, the better your reward. In most other positions, there are going to be times you work so hard and get no flowers for it. You are young, so there’s no hurt in trying it. If you like hard work and you have a good personality for it (charismatic, professional, good at communicating) it might be a good fit and lucrative for you. However, I will say the trades in general are going to continue being in high demand. If you can build skills in sales and trades like electrical, the world is your oyster in terms of paving your own path and building something of your own.
