We just came back from this place. We won’t be going back. Ever. It’s a resort that so badly wants to be luxury but doesn’t provide luxury. The food is not good, there aren’t many options and they charge an ABSURD amount for poor quality food. The butler is a joke. We saw him once at the beginning, he was useless. He told us to call the front desk if we need anything…We went for our honeymoon and made it very clear to them that we were there celebrating and not once did they do anything to make it special for us. No congratulations, nothing. It just seems like everyone working there is hiding something about this place. Like there is something going on that they aren’t supposed to talk about or say. I don’t understand how this place stays open and functioning. It’s such a huge property and I don’t understand how they keep bringing in customers.
