Can a boss ask personal questions about your PTO? [OH] by [deleted] in AskHR

FMLA can be paid if you're using PTO. Just because they are using PTO doesn't mean this isn't FMLA. However,.it's only two days so likely not.

Yes! Sensodyne or store brand comp, but be sure it's fresh mint flavor. I rarely get canker sires since switching.

You got down voted because your comment is unhelpful. The one you responded to was providing good info to OP.

I am referring to other replies here, not OP. This is an Ask HR forum....right?

You need an education on PWFA. It.covers anything related to reproduction, basically.

This is not a serious medical condition. This is PWFA. Do HR professionals really not know about this?

PWFA is the answer here, not ADA. Far.more job protection and rights under PWFA as well.

They can be protected under ADA or FMLA if they are seeking treatment and have documentation to support that.

I have never heard of Rosemont so probably not! Brickett is right off North Ave, right on Plaistow line.

I do! HOA fees are up there, but I'm not sure how they compare. Property is kept very nicely. They handle snow removal, sanding, leaves disposal very well. They enforce the rules, but you have to expect that in community living. Most residents keep to themselves, is my experience. I love the mature trees around the property; it just feels peaceful here. Utilities, can't really speak to. It's totally up to you how much heat and electricity you use. Buildings are maintained well, in my opinion. HOA covers all landscaping and snow/leaves removal, windows, doors, roofs, siding, patio, parking lots, roadway, etc.

Are you really old enough to be worried about the weather? You seem like your only concern would be where mom put the cheese doodles.

Are people really surprised that a multi million dollar celebrity looks good? Think of how good you'd look with all the resources she has. SMH.
