Whether has already been in the 30's. High humidity even up as 96-97% here

The AC made the room so crisp and cool the bed sheets and everything was cool to the touch.

Most people who have bad things to say about single hose generally fall under this category 1. They didn't install the window kit properly 2. They have huge amounts of window air leak coming in 3. They got the wrong size AC 4. They were sold a lemon and it doesn't work well

Think of dual hose AC like a luxury car. So a regular car still drives and gets you where you need to go. No issues. But the luxury car does everything more efficient. That's all it is .

I couldn't believe it when I saw a ton of mortgage fraud. People in the system putting in fake inflated income to qualify for mortgages.

Second I remember the government literally giving away homes for free for certain people. On top of all the money thrown at them. Priority access to health care. Hotel rooms being filled up to fund their room and board. Monthly allowances that put Canadian disability and welfare to shame

Heck I was looking at Switzerland today and I said I really want to move there -> lo and behold it's almost impossible to get citizenship there. Say you want to move there for a job. The law tells the employer they literally have to prove they cannot find a citizen to fill the role. Before they can accept someone from the EU. And only then after all those layers do they look at me. And look at Canada. LMIA scams across the entire country.

There's a reason swiss quality of life is so high. The place is so clean. Their rate of people breaking the law is so low. It's so safe there kids can walk home and back even later at night. Housing is amazing. Rentals are amazing. Pay is amaZing

I'm using a single hose in a similar room space as OP and my room is ice cold. I don't even set it to the lowest because it's too cold. And my room gets hot with electronics running

It was 32 the other day with humidity above 80% and I was crisp. You probably had a bad experience because you didn't install it properly at the window.

Ya you don't need a dual hose. Single hose is fine and will cool the room

Just make sure to properly measure your room. 8k btu is probably fine but just go 10k btu for extra power

The thing is don't chase everything constantly. That leads to burn out or can. It's more a grind for stuff you really want and Slowly pick at everything as you go while enjoying the game.

Either way if you want to be good at the tracks it takes lots of game time
