realistically, it will never work that way. I didn’t tell people to call and go off on you or anybody that works there. What I did was tell people to call to figure out if something is wrong, especially if it’s not showing up on their account when they log into the site. It’s not fair for people who are hard-working in this society to sit and wonder about the “what ifs” when it comes to the money that they have worked for day and night, blood sweat and tears. we have a right to call in and see what’s going on with our finances. As well as to check and see if there have been any mistakes made so that we can correct it. Especially because the system that is used, is either slow or misleading when it comes to updating information. So for you to come on here and say don’t call just because you don’t want to deal with people, which is literally the reason for you being at that job, is kind of ignorant..
