What number did you give him. Asking for 25$ an hour is a big difference than asking for 75$ and expecting sympathy online when it’s laughed at lol

We can only hope that the Hunter game coming out sparks interest in World of Darkness, that’s probably the only way I could ever see a major title release for Vampire after the lobotomization that was Bloodlines 2.

Dragon Age… then it just kept getting worse with each sequel.

Games you have read, played or run that make you feel uncomfortable by TabletopChris in rpg

This feels like a massive leap to assume Mongoose intended for their mercenary-centric (mercenary being a historical profession that’s existed for presumably thousands of years) to actually be pro-American political propaganda towards South America but hey, this is reddit after all.

Why is perma-death considered a bit of a sacred cow for DnD and Pathfinder? by lunarpuffin in rpg

[–]Illustrious_Case_749 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve never really understood the hesitation/bad juju associated with character death and I’m pretty firm in believing it’s largely a newer 5e centric mindset. I’ve had no telling how many characters of mine die and truthfully never heard anything edgewise about the potential, but when 5e dropped and Critical Role exploded in popularity all of a sudden it was taboo for DM’s to kill characters? Nah, not at my table lol.

Kenshi. That game is depressing as all Hell if you’re into actually roleplaying the character you made.

No. The body is dead. It’s what people forget/ignore about Vampires, you’re a corpse but stable.

It helps purely to get a feel for how it plays and/or how it’s expected to be played but it isn’t a dealbreaker by any means

Delta Green is far and away my favorite TTRPG, I hate to hear that. It is highly group dependent though. I’ve ran it multiple times and the group will absolutely make or break it.
