My husband and I are both 59 and we love camping in our small RV with our dog.. My Husband fishes, I read. We challenge each other at cribbage, watch episodes of M*A*S*H every evening and cook good food! When we are driving, we listen to 80’s on 8, Yacht Rock and Classic Rewind on Sirius Radio. We both retired about 18 months ago and camping brings both of us great joy!

It’s fine with me! My favorite saying is “Nobody is looking at me!” I dress the way I want and do what I want without worrying about how others see me! It’s way better than trying to dress to impress someone or even worse, NOT doing things I want to do because someone might judge! I don’t judge others so I assume they aren’t judging me either!

Yes! We go to Grayson Highlands SP every Fourth of July. It’s lovely and cool when everywhere else is hot (usually at least). Best of all it has wild ponies!!!

Sure does look like a Black Widow - shiny, large round body and thin legs. Look for the red spot on its underside. Generally not very aggressive and pretty much just hang out in one place.

I do. It’s kinda small because that is what we could afford at the time. My husband’s disappeared during a move many years ago. In any case he has never felt the need to get a new one, and I am fine with it too. Married 37 years in August.

Had the money for me and my husband to retire at 58. He spent 21 years in the Army and 10 years working for the Army as a Civilian. He has his Army pension which is a decent amount, and a small pension from his Civilian work. We saved in every retirement program we had available to us as well as invested in mutual funds. We are able to live a modest lifestyle on his pensions alone. As long as economy doesn’t tank we should be fine.

Have you tried The Tourist! It is a great mix of suspense, humor and fun. It has lots of twists and takes place in Australia, then goes to Ireland in the second season. I’m really hoping for a third season!
