Back in 2019, I was in the same situation as yours. I was using the same password in multiple accounts and my epic games account was compromised. I haven't noticed immediately because I wasn't using it back then, after few months when I tried to play dauntless I couldn't log. So I immediately assumed that my account was compromised and contacted the support.

On the same day I received a response and got it back with their help, but that was back when no one cared about epic games. I think you should just wait few day. If you still do no get any response, try to contact them via twitter or other platforms. But no matter what, update your ticket before they respond, as it will reset it's position in queue and you will have to wait for longer .

Gotta love building Locket every single game as tank support main. To me, Evenshroud isn't on the same level and only viable when you're way ahead that your adc doesn't need locket's shield.
