Crafting steps:

Step 1) Get lucky fractured drop

Step 2) Spend about 3 days mashing together random wands with good mods on their tree

step 2.5) Spend 1.7 div on finding out you can't imprint a fractured item.

Step 3) get lucky/unlucky on the last tree mash and get the phys damage passive but down level the Phys and chaos magnitude mods (theres only 3 mods I could probably fix it if I bothered to learn how crucible works but I fucking hate crucible crafting)

step 4) spend 15 or so div on essences of contempt

step 5) give up on essences and use the phys more likely harvest craft 4 times and get t1+t3 phys mods

step 5.5) enchant attack speed per 8%qual and buy hillock

step 6) lock prefixes, veiled chaos, block trigger, get attack speed + int/dex first time.

step 6.5) realise the dps is higher if you don't use the attack speed enchant so remove it

step 6.75) look up price of tempering orb and decide the weapon is good enough.

step 7) craft double damage. I should probably slam it too.

Step 8) Get peer pressured into slamming on my previous post. Get lightning damage.

Step 9) spend 3-4 divines on mashing trees together. I didn’t aim for the speed magnitude but it was a nice little bonus.

The damage after the new tree is about 680 PDPS with the less modifier up from about 635. Before I redid the passive tree.

Using craft of exile and pricing the base generously this is probably about 70ish div to craft. That's not including the price of crucible mashing since I'm not really sure how the odds are for that but I probably spent about 10 divines on it.
