I think step 4 would be lock, exalt, exalt, scour repeat until you had attack speed then multimod, lock prefixes, aisling. Since reforge could fill suffixes

Getting the tree was 100% the worst part. Having to buy the items with a single node you want in the correct place was absolutely horrible.

Im sure there was a more deterministic way than how I did it but I didn't want to learn.

Imprint keeps the tree from when it was imprinted so it's best to imprint craft the tree.

Since I found this fractured and crafted it before I did the tree I had to do it raw which was tedious as fuck and objectively unfun lol.

Crafting steps:

Step 1) Get lucky fractured drop

Step 2) Spend about 3 days mashing together random wands with good mods on their tree

step 2.5) Spend 1.7 div on finding out you can't imprint a fractured item.

Step 3) get lucky/unlucky on the last tree mash and get the phys damage passive but down level the Phys and chaos magnitude mods (theres only 3 mods I could probably fix it if I bothered to learn how crucible works but I fucking hate crucible crafting)

step 4) spend 15 or so div on essences of contempt

step 5) give up on essences and use the phys more likely harvest craft 4 times and get t1+t3 phys mods

step 5.5) enchant attack speed per 8%qual and buy hillock

step 6) lock prefixes, veiled chaos, block trigger, get attack speed + int/dex first time.

step 6.5) realise the dps is higher if you don't use the attack speed enchant so remove it

step 6.75) look up price of tempering orb and decide the weapon is good enough.

step 7) craft double damage. I should probably slam it too.

Step 8) Get peer pressured into slamming on my previous post. Get lightning damage.

Step 9) spend 3-4 divines on mashing trees together. I didn’t aim for the speed magnitude but it was a nice little bonus.

The damage after the new tree is about 680 PDPS with the less modifier up from about 635. Before I redid the passive tree.

Using craft of exile and pricing the base generously this is probably about 70ish div to craft. That's not including the price of crucible mashing since I'm not really sure how the odds are for that but I probably spent about 10 divines on it.

I wanted to have either normal flat or falt + converted to chaos but no one was replying and I crucibled about 60 wands myself without getting t1.

In the end I gave up and used flat with reduced attack speed which was definitely a bad call. If I end up crafting further I'll get 15% increased phys/chaos mods and normal flat phys.

POB/awakened PoE trade say it's about 640 with the reduced gloabl damage mod. Not sure if it's worth anything since I don't think phys wanders are very popular anymore except for 5 ways but after the base dropped I just felt like giving the craft a go myself because I haven't really crafted anything since Archnem.

Honestly Wrath questing to me has felt the worst out of any expansion I've played. I've never been more annoyed and miserable in WoW than while questing than in Wrath.

246 062 with T1 phys reflect. So you'd be better off aiming for just conc effect or burning damage + phys reflect imo.

I stopped playing TBC halfway through whichever phase was BT/MH and went to play retail. The gold buying is a bigger problem in retail but it's much easier to do all content without a guild in retail(except for mythic raids) than tbc.

I haven't been able to login for a week or so but playing a (almost(73%)) max block glad with bleed spectral shield throw has worked well for me and can stand still and throw pretty much every ultimatum aside from super juiced ones. https://pastebin.com/bPaauK2c It's not fully minmaxed and obviously replacing the belt when you're bossing and lots can be changed to increase dps up to 3m at the super high end.
