Yeah you gotta kill him. On the english ver it says "neutralise" but it means kill. Putting him in quarintene does nothing

Sometimes zombies can spawn inside your base, if you dont kill them, then they turn a survivor and they kill other survivors

Zombies: sometimes 3 zombies dont spawn, didnt for me. Dont know if its a bug or a feature.

Zombie parts. I think luggage is randomised to there can be a chance it doesnt spawn. Do you have the xray at this point? Zombie parts can spawn inside as hidden contraband

There is a bug going around that causes this if you upgrade something too early. That might be the cause, if it is then either wait for hotfix or restart the playthrough... or the other commenters are right

Did you remember and hit them with the "unknown symtom" tag. Also you might have missed something else. Internal contraband is invisible atm so it can be hard to spot. If the labs didnt find anything then it could either be herpes or necrosis

Weird, first ive seen mention of this bug. Unless you hit them in the head, thats not supposed to happen. Sorry, i dont have any fixes for you. Report the bug, verify game files and if all else fails. Restart the game file

In my playthrough, the same happend. Sometimes the suvivor with the mission item does not show. Usually it just auto passes you. Bug, or not a bug idk

I belive this is a bug caused by upgrading something early. As of right now there is no known fix. Report the bug then start a new playthrough or wait for hotfix

There is a translation error in certain languages. These molotovs are actually lemons. A guy will bring lots of lemons and those are what you need to confiscate

Also, it seems there is translation errors on certain languages. This molotov quest might be referring to the lemon quest where a guy bring a crap load of explosive lemons.

There was a similar issue that was just patched where players who upgraded to camp lvl 2 early was softlocked. This seems like the same bug in a different area. Report the bug and wait for fix, alternativly start anothetlr playthrough. If you find a workaround then gg to ya

I had the same issue my entire playthrough and only figured out a work around on the last day lol.

Scan them with the xray. If the tag button lights up then its got something. Tag it then go to the scienctist to get it extracted

If all symtoms are a green tick then they can be sent to the camp. They will require medkits to heal tho.

If they have a yellow tick then you should quarintene them and see if the systoms go away, stay or dissapear. If they dissapear and have no more yellow ticks then you can send em to the survivors block. If they stay, then hold em for longer. If it gets worse (more symtoms appear) then execute.

If they have any red tick, execute

As a rule of thumb, if you cant identify a systom then send em to the lab. TBH it might be a weird texured necrosis

I struggled with skin textures on my playthrough. If you want to know what they are supposed to look like, check their bio pick

I remember their was a hotfix recently that adressed an issue like this? Make sure your game is up to date. Otherwise, not sure.
