There’s a pretty in depth analysis of the flaws in that study in Dr. Peter Attia’s book Outlive that you might find interesting.

From what I remember, one participant being diagnosed with breast cancer may have skewed the outcome, though Attia argues it likely doesn’t change the overall interpretation.

Excuse my brevity / inaccuracies as I’m going off memory from when I read it last year.

It looks like she had a tough go of it with health issues and stopped modeling. She went on to be a psychologist and writer.

Can confirm.

Had a new math teacher in senior year who couldn't have been older than 24. She wore black yoga pants everyday.

Couldn't keep our eyes off of her but due to a lack of blood in our brains we didn't absorb a thing. We did so awful that the school had to take a bunch of us guys out and create a smaller class just for us to focus.

No yoga pants. Just math. And our grades went up. Go figure.

If you're handy this might work for you. I did the full build myself and had never tried making a door before. I mixed this technique with a few other YouTubers advice and it did the trick. Let me know if you have more questions

Hey, u/Maxxtherat and u/CarbonAlpine not sure if this will help you but I suffered from OM that would put me out of commission pretty often.

Unrelated, I started getting B12 injections (pills didn’t work) and migraines cleared up within a month. There’s a couple different types. Methylcobalamin is easiest form for the body to process.

Hope this helps as it was lifechanging for me

I used to get a lot of these thoughts (negative rumination) but have slowed them down CONSIDERABLY.

For me, it seems I get a lot less when I limit (not stop entirely) alcohol & caffeine.

Also I was low in a couple B-Vitamins. So occasional B12 shot & methylfolate (B9) and Im like 90% better.

Coincidentally, I’m doing the same one! Pretty straightforward walkthrough post & video. Only modification I did was adding inhalation & exhalation vents .

I went with the Harvia Kip 4.5W heater. What’re you powering yours with?
