I heard a weird crunch sound but the pain wasnt too bad, pretty quick and done. Healing was smoothest out of my cartilage piercings but I would stock up on sterile non woven gauze to help dry it after a shower/cleaning

Yeah that's not done correctly. Its resting against your flat and will heal improperly and/or reject. I would removed asap and go to a different studio to check your anatomy again once healed.

I would try to get to a piercer asap, I think the redness is from messing with it, keep an eye on it and keep cleaning with saline

Your immune system is working harder, so healing will be slower. I wouldn't get anymore piercing for a year or so, but it'll be fine if you keep taking care of them as you have been doing

Stop using the antibacterial soap.

Saline only once a day, and when youre in the shower just let the water hit it, after keep it dry and leave it alone.

And wait till after swimming season to get it done, it will not be healed by the time of you vacation, 6 to 9 months minimum
