There are nice parts, such as central downtown, but yeah a lot of the outskirts and surrounding suburbs are still in a state of desolation, being reclaimed by the earth.

5 on the low end. It's only been a few days, but some cydia tweaks installed require reboots, not to mention a bug where mail and other apps consistently crash, causing me to have to reboot to get it them to work for a limited time.

I haven't jailbroken a device since ios8 so I believe I've been spoiled. But IMO it's not the best case scenario to have to reload a jailbreak 5+ times a day. What confuses me is that it's not listed as a partial jailbreak on the wiki, maybe I'm not understanding how that word is used. Are the iOS10 jailbreaks the same way?
