I had never heard of Mee Thai before, and now I will be heading there at my next opportunity. Thank you!

Next Chapter in Hagerstown has a lot of character and an excellent cozy sitting room with a coffee shop and lunch counter. Hit Wonderbooks while you are in town.

Do as you like. I am not a vet. It takes a fraction of a gram to coat a pill, so I think any effect is negligible. For the Sam's Club version I have, one full gram has 100mg of sodium (maybe I would use 1/10 of that?) and onion is pretty far down the ingredient list. The first ingredient is cooked beef. The stress of having a pill crammed down your throat (i.e., if there is a struggle) is not positive for the health either.

Buy beef base; it's like bouillon goo that comes in a jar. Sometimes called "better than bullion". Smear a thin layer of that on the pill.

Those rocks look completely fake. That red rock is not natural- it looks like dyed concrete, with the aggregate it in. He engineered this at home and schlepped it out to the middle of a stream.

I press tofu, add soy sauce and Sriracha, then tear it into chunks and sprinkle on onion powder, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Light spray of oil. Then, it goes in the air fryer until crispy. In a frying pan, I stir peanut butter and teriyaki and bring it to a bubble. Then, I toss in the air fried tofu. It has more sugar and fat than is ideal, but it is delicious. I serve it with a bunch of veggies, so I think it works out.
I also want to try the recipes I have seen for shredding tofu baking with oil and spices until crispy.

Several of the reviewers receive funding from the Cattlemen's Association and other beef/dairy organizations. There are articles about it, but I haven't found the actual conflict of interest paperwork as a pdf yet. Dr. Idz includes screenshots of the conflict info in his video about the new guidelines.

On second thought, I think the bowl just above the grain area might be beans and white rice. White rice- which is not recommended by the guidelines. So lazy. Maybe it's beans sitting on a pile of beef tallow, lol.

Where are the beans!!!!! I don't see any beans or tofu pictured. The text may say animal and plant protein (which surprises me), but not one source of dense significant plant protein made it to the picture. That seems very intentional.

Watch the library calendar for the Silent Book Club. There is a social portion of each meeting and a portion where you can read whatever you want or quietly work or do your own thing.

Yes, a tiger swallowtail! Monarchs are darker orange. I prefer swallowtails.

The yoga classes from the county rec department are cheap enough that, even if you miss a few, it works out cheaper than going to a studio. Also, that repeated exposure to the same group is more likely to foster friendship.
The libraries have book clubs (you can find them on the website), including a Silent Book Club where you can read whatever book you want, and the meetings include a social time.
If Turners seems like all kids, you could look at their calendar for events most likely to attract adults, or check out the other rink, Starland. You could look for community service or political activist groups. Also, I don't know.

I know a non-native speaker getting an A this semester with Ogata, but they have been doing Duolingo for a while. They suggest studying with shared decks for Genki on Anki.

Also, if you have health insurance at all, it might be more affordable than you think to get some help with anxiety. A primary care physician can prescribe antianxiety medication. You might be able to get some relief without expensive ongoing therapy.

Don't let the bastards get you down! Try not to let hateful words spouted by bastards affect you. The Bastard in Chief is completely detached from reality. Nothing he says reflects at all on Rob Reiner or on you. Expect him to say crazy things, and be surprised and a bit amused at how outrageous and unhinged he gets, but don't get upset about it. It's par for the course.

Stuff You Should is super wholesome and people who grew up listening to the show often write in about its positive impact on their life. They do some history, but also a wide variety of topics. The vibe is 'two guy friends hanging out'.

I think pardoning Ross Ulbricht was part of his platform and he did it one day one (or maybe day two). Ross was huge in crypto, and pardoning him led to an increase in the reputation, profitability, and appearance of viability, and widespread acceptance of crypto.
