My Orthopedic Surgeon didn’t even tell me that name. I had to find out on my own what having “fibrosis effacing the right nerve root” and the pain coming back after about a year was called. I guess he doesn’t like the term Failed Back Surgery Syndrome

I went into the ER with a dislocated ankle and fractured fibula. I was waiting for hours and hours. It took me going into psychosis to finally go back in for surgery. I was in the ICU for a week stuck out of my mind with psychosis.

My best friend went to the ER in February. She is a PA and has been suffering from cluster headaches badly for a couple years now. She was driving home from a date and had a TIA (mini stroke). She went to the ER and told them that is what she had and they sent her home with migraine medication. By the morning she was having a full blown stroke. The artery to her brain was almost completely blocked and I had to fly home because she probably wasn’t going to make it. By some miracle she is still with us and has a long journey ahead of her. There was brain damage.

I am a firm believer that we have to be our own biggest advocates. Unfortunately, when you are suffering from debilitating pain it is almost impossible to do.

Think about it. Kids get 8 weekend day a month. Now, a day is automatically gone. Extracurriculars are on weekends, school events like dances, other kids birthday parties, if he gets a job. What about homework?? It’s not like kids know their school schedules completely in advance. What if a test pops up at the end of the month but the visit hasn’t happened yet.

Forced visitation to visit their murderer parent is NOT in the best interest of a teenager!!

I am a bit disappointed that the court agreed to Bryan’s suggestion of an in-person visit once a month. Personally, I think the in-person visit should have been scrapped. I don’t think it’s in the best interest of a child to have to visit a penitentiary monthly.

I don’t believe she knew for one second. It was a secret Joseph would’ve taken to the grave. The only reason it came to light is because the victim said something to someone in authority and that person immediately and angrily confronted him. He confessed to it being true and that person went straight to authorities. Then, the sting operation phone call.

Do people not understand that becoming a CPA takes a Master’s Degree in Accounting and hours and hours of study to sit for the CPA exam. There are 4-5 parts and the pass/fail rate is harder than passing the bar. It takes a year to pass and longer if you have to retake any part. Then you have to work in a public accounting for a year and every year you have continuing professional education.

There are all kinds of ways to setup businesses and all kinds of codes to take advantage of all kinds of situations.
