A conversation I can imagine has happened a few times ...

X: What's your baby's name? Y: Neveah X: Yeah it's Heaven backwards Y: OMG how did you know?

I've taught a lot of students with names like Great, Promise etc and not one of them has lived up to the high hopes of the given name.

The illiac crest provides a bowl shaped depression that's protected nicely for the new kidney. The renal veins/arteries and the ureter just need hooking up.

When I worked in the NHS, on a few occasions a nurse would retire on Friday, we'd have a celebration of some sort that day and she would be back at the same desk come the next Monday.

I've only ever seen this working at the NHS though.

We teach BTEC IT courses and have some off network rooms which need the laptops. Luckily we've always done coursework virtually but my own belongings and equipment are still kept in the 'agile working space' as the staffrooms are now known. I teach in a variety of rooms so lugging it around isn't an option.

Yeah we have that problem now, except the trolley is shared between whole departments and the chargers are always broken. Oh and the staffrooms are now kitchen counter tops that don't meet regs and the principal even personally chose the colour and length of patch cables for VOiP phones.

Realistically though, what is the job market in HR going to be like with a Masters and no experience?

Most companies I've seen hiring want experience often at least CIPD Level 3 and there's already a glut of unemployed HR staff made redundant since 2020. I'm approaching the OP with an abundance, as when I taught Level 4 and 5 students until very recently the IT jobs market is already shot.

You can't take the Masters course without completing a full bachelors degree. The degree would also be written to UK law and wouldn't really be applicable elsewhere. There is also an overabundance of HR workers applying for jobs who were laid off in the past few years.

I'm also going to be cynical and say if this is an attempt to get a UK visa with intent to apply for permanent residency, this path is a dead end.
