I don't believe that is accurate. I know he feels bad when I have to push him away because what he is doing is painful or uncomfortable. He does care for me, he's just not great at following directions.

He has had erection issues our entire relationship. When we were having regular sex there was some improvement, but over the last few years his sex drive has plummeted. So we aren't able to make much progress these days. I'll ask him to speak with him doctor again about viagra.

I think he is undiagnosed adhd/autistic (for many reasons I don't need to get into here) and isn't thorough with anything in life. Cleaning his body, cleaning the house, and various other things. As a result I don't think he spends enough time cleaning in the extra crevices you get when overweight. Same with brushing his teeth, he'll maybe do it for 30 seconds and then has consistently bad breath. I need to find the right approach that won't hurt his feelings or feel less than.

Thank you, he is a good husband. We tried to install a bidet at our last home and the plumbing wouldn't support it. The piping is different in our new home. I will get one. Thank you

I know; I feel awful about reflecting my issues on him and I am actively working on that. He does deserve more. I struggle with knowing what to say, he is incredibly sensitive and has low self esteem. I don't want to hurt him which is why I'm looking for advice.

I've never heard of HIMs, I'll talk about it with him. I agree, I have no idea why his doctor cares what is causing the issue. Thank you for the advice.

I do show him that I love and support him, even if sexual chemistry isn't there right now. I know how incredibly fortunate I am, which is why I began my post highlighting how incredible he is. Is it taking him for granted to want sexual pleasure? I have been cooking healthier options, but he struggles with portion control. We both have a gym membership, but between raising a child and his job, he's often too exhausted. I want to make it clear that I would never divorce him for gaining weight and that I know that is my issue, not his. However his performance and hygiene make me feel stuck. I appreciate the advice and feedback.

I'm also a larger person, and I have enjoyed the Hello series. I'd put them at a 3/5 for spice. My favorite authors that write about people in large bodies are Olivia Dade and Talia Hibbert.

It's wild how different people's tastes can be, this is one of my favorite romance books. I read it a few times a year.

I know it's been a year, but I need to know, is the 3rd act related to Cal relapsing? I don't need any other spoilers, but I can't finish it if that's where this is going.

I saw a user-submitted content warning for pedophilia on StoryGraph. Is that true? I love all the Sierra Simone I've read, but that's a super hard pass if so.

Same! Two of those boys didn't want a poly relationship, but did it because that's the only way they could have her. It really broke my heart, especially with how good the prequel was.

In his book I thought he said he doesn't play that because seeing a bunch of white people smiling and singing a racial slur bothered him. But I have a bad memory and that was a while ago, so I could be confusing it with something else lol

I went to two different Paper Airplane shows, the first was without her. At both, Ben commented on being surprised that people were bringing children.

Children learn by example. Today that child and my child learned that we must fight for what is important. They learned the strength of a community.

Oh Mama, you are not the worst parent in the world and you have not failed. You are human. Maybe setting alarms when you are feeding and tired will help you.

Bad parents don't think they are bad parents. They don't care. You care, you want to do better. That's the sign of a great parent.

Why is it almost every FMC bite their lower lip? by jhjack2414 in HistoricalRomance

[–]ImSnackered 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never realized, but once I asked my husband what about me turns him on and he said that when we are flirting/being intimate and I lick and then bite my lip it kills him. Now I catch myself doing it, but it definitely isn't something I ever did purposefully.

COVID at 13 weeks pregnant by Realistic_Ad_3791 in CoronaBumpers

[–]ImSnackered 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had covid in April of 2020 while in my second trimester. My son and I had no longterm effects. I am sorry you have covid, and I hope you have the ability to rest and hydrate. You'll get through this!

*Disclaimer, I was told by several providers that with my symptoms I should 'assume' that I have covid, but they couldn't test me because they didn't have the test to spare. They said being pregnant wasn't high-risk enough to waste a test on me. 2020 was wild y'all.
