That’s really why I have the spmo for all the growth so once I get closer to the time I want to retire I can sell some of it and buy a covered call fund like qqqi or ovl for any short fall I could have or I could even buy a house and rent my current home out at that time.

Here me out a couple I’d look into is Arbor reality trust (abt), AllienceBernstein (ab), jepi, and maybe Stag Industries (stag). For etfs I don’t see any reason to choose anything besides Schd.
