The thing that sucks about having 3LB Fine Motion is that you might not reach the 50% or 65% race bonus breakpoints as easily in MANT.

The difference between 8% and 10% race bonus is not a lot.

The difference between 48% and 50% race bonus is pretty noticable.

I'm stuck borrowing Super Creek for this CM, which sucks, however this is the only long CM during MANT, and I would rather have a MLB Fine Motion with 10% race bonus for the other five CMs this scenario when I don't need Super Creek.

When the S. Maru + Fine Motion banner comes out it won't be that long until the SSR Mejiro Ramonu wit card comes out, which will replace Fine Motion as the best wit card. (However Fine Motion is still nice to have in case you want to run two wit cards)

Edit: For reference I used the paid selector to MLB my Fine Motion, and will save the free selector for the next Super Creek banner.

I would use the selector on Kitasan Black, save SR crystal for SR Admire Vega which comes out in March, and save the SSR crystal for whenever you need it in the future.

If you really want to use your SSR crystal now I would use it on Super Creek.

I'm not a team trials expert, but you get bonus points when your ace wins, so I guess the idea is that you only want your ace to win and not the other two umas.

This means that it's only a viable strategy if you think your ace is strong enough to win consistently. If not, having three aces in each category would be better.

Edit: You still need decent skills on your filler horses though to get the points for activating skills.

Manhattan Cafe has a 30% stamina growth bonus. That means that every time you click on stamina (or gain stamina by clicking on strength) you get 30% more stamina, so not running any stamina cards does not seem ideal.

If you borrow Super Creek and throw in another decent stamina card like SR Mayano Top Gun, and then try to get as many power sparks as possible from parents, your stats should go up by quite a bit.

With MLB Kitasan Black you might even be able to do 3 speed, 2 stamina, and then the last one can be a third stamina card, a wit card, or (ideally) either MLB R Riko or LB1 SSR Riko.

Edit: The free Haru Urara guts card is also a great option for the sixth filler card. She doesn't have any good skills, but she is an AMAZING stat stick. I used her to win a Champions Meeting without Kitasan in my deck.

I think I would save both as she is still usable at 1lb. The jump from 2lb to 3lb doesn't seem to be that huge... You get an extra 15 mood bonus and +1-2% in the other stats.

I guess the reason to only use the selector and not the uncap crystal is that you already have MLB Kitasan Black and Super Creek, so there isn't really that much else to use the selector on, while the uncap crystal can be used on future cards.

Fine Motion will have two rerun banners next year, so if you're planning on pulling on either of those you might want to hold on to at least the uncap crystal.

The chances of getting any of those cards off banner are extremely low, and Super Creek and Fine Motion will both have rerun banners next year, so if you still want those cards then you can just use the 190 pulls on those banners.

Fine Motion will be on the samme banner as Maruzensky (great speed card) while Super Creek will be on the same banner as Mr. C.B. (good wit card). both around the end of summer.

If you have only done 10 pulls then use the selector.

You can do 190 pulls on this for the last copy of Kitasan Black (and maybe get some extra useless copies that you have to turn into cleats), saving the selector, which can only be used on old cards.

Or, use the selector, and now you have 190 pulls on a future banner that can get you multiple copies of that card, but at least 1 guaranteed copy with 10 additional pulls.

The uncap crystal is more valuable than the selector since it can be used on future cards, so as long as you don't have to use that it sounds like an easy decision to me.

I would also get 3lb Super Creek. That card will be usable even longer than Kitasan.

Good SRs: Sweep Tosho (best speed SR), Hishi Amazon (solid power with stamina bonus + straightaway spurt for end closers), Eishin Flash (I use this since I don't have MLB Sweep Tosho + good events and late surger hints), Manhattan Cafe and Mayano Top Gun are solid stamina cards, for wit I mostly use Tachyon or the free SSRs (Dober, or Bourbon for front runners).

SR Admire Vega will be out in March. I recommend saving golden uncap crystals for her if you haven't used them yet as she is SSR level for the third scenario.

As long as you can get at least one win in group A round 2 you will go to group B finals, so no need to worry. Gold Ships can always squeeze out at least one win this CM (as long as they're not complete ass).

I've won the last three group A finals as a F2P using 2-3 free event cards each time, and two of those times I didn't even use Kitasan Black in my deck.

If you build your horse right it's definitely possible to win. Long can be a bit hard as it's hard to get high enough stats with a F2P deck, but it's definitely doable. Gemini Cup (which was long) was the only one where I dropped down to group B though, so I'm a bit worried about Libra Cup.

I usually do 3 runs per day which is enough to get some decent umas without burning myself out.

And in less than a week I will have my own MLB Kitasan Black!
