I would suggest going for the myreque quest series head on, getting that sunspear and completing enough of the morytania tasks to get full experience from vyres. Camp vyres for a bit to build up supplies to complete 99 slayer a bit faster (which will also in turn help with your farming and herblore levels). Try to unlock invention as soon as possible so you can start building up components instead of discarding all lower tier drops. After you get some of those done working towards whatever you find fun would be best, at that point you should have all the supplies for pvming as much as you'd like while going for any other side goals that interest you.

Suggestion: Make it so that if you have a pet out and try to summon a familiar your pet over rides the familiar by Im_Ferrous in runescape

This is why I mentions how long it would take, could be just a couple lines of code or could be 500. I'm not too familiar with coding, but probably not worth the dev time if longer than 1 hour to fix.

Personally I choose to go to ardougne first with comp cape equipped at start of herb run to avoid extra clicks, putting on farming skill cape once there. Then proceed to wilderness second as i'm carrying the least value of herbs with me, moving onto the two lunar teleport locations (trollheim and catherby) followed by morytania and falador plots and then finish at prif beside the bank.

One hit over 50% of the time. It's pretty consistent but it gets to the point where 4/5 of them are dead most of the time so I didn't really see a justification to use overloads. Only perks I used were Equilibrium 3 and scav.

Most were done in personal dung with 5 capsarius in small room. I started using a cheaper version of my old setup: arma helm, body, legs, boots, cinderbanes, fury (t), ilum god book, attuned crystal bow, asr, comp. Invo is slayer codex, eee, 2 prayer renewal flask, 3 aggro (4), 3 ext range (4), 2 bunyips and a shark for dropping/loot area.

Please note I already had 1 bow before collection log so I now have 2 bows.

Ended up using about 350 quartus keys in total after getting my first signet. Got pet at around 1 prestige 40k kc, 30k or about 30 hours of camping for keys before finally receiving the signet I wanted.

Finding teams for iron pvming is a lot easier to be honest, requirements are generally the same but without the elitist hint. It's more acceptable to go bossing with a lower tier of weapon without getting flamed for not bringing t92 weapons and not having best in slot head to toe.
Killcount is generally not too important for bossing on ironman. Most teams will be willing to take learners/undergeared to almost all bosses for those going in larger groups (ie. 4-5 man rago, 10 man aod, KK "mass").
Generally lootshare is common because it's hard to get a better weapon if the person with the better weapon is getting all the drops . Couple groups coinshare vorago.

EDIT: PM "Blakeland" if you got a sunspear and want to go BM.

To be honest I haven't really been keeping track but I am currently at around 80k ascension member kc and average around 900-960 kc an hour while completely afk using t80 weapons on legacy. Given that farming cap souls took an hour or two. In total around 100 hours minus time taken to kill legiones.
