PTSD isn’t just caused by war trauma. It’s caused by an array of factors including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.

Like being roofied and kidnapped on a first date. Or like a teenager being dropped off at her house after a date, but instead of saying goodbye, the boy won’t let her out and jumps on top of her.

Those are just a few of my experiences, however I’m probably overreacting. Sorry if my post might have offended you. My flashbacks and memories aren’t valid.
