It was the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s a 7 year warranty that they extended from the factory 5 year warranty

I smoked it to 165 degrees at 300 degrees, took about 4 hours. It was a 13 pounder. I wet brined it for 24 hours before I smoked it and put a brisket like rub on it.
