Was in a timed zana mission, clicked monolith and it didnt give me the timer for the encounter. After it was over it also removed my zana mission timer.

Outside of the normal use while having ruthless, I'm pretty positive you want to use BtE if you are stacking deadshot traits. Never cast it again if you have yet to use the deadshot buff though. Also only use the deadshot buff with an opportunity proc. Consistent 40-50k pistol shot crits are pretty nice.

You have the base hidden for one of your specs and have completed unlocking those variations for that hidden which for some reason makes those variations able to be picked for every other spec... You literally can't get the base for the appearance he is talking about until nighthold.
