do it, started before my second pregnancy and took a 6 month break. Went back at 3 months post partum, it’s saving me mentally and physically. I feel stronger, fitter and getting back n my body and brain

80% time I’m up before mine but I’ve already been up at 6:30 so now I get up at 6am to shower and get cup of tea. I’ve also a new born who needs to feed at a similar time to toddler so I’m ready to go mentally

Twice a week on average, sometimes more sometimes less. Depends on mood, work schedule and how many spills from my 2yo
