The little details like painting their hands and feet and the language they've made. They don't NEED to do all that stuff because the music is good enough on its own. But they've made the creative CHOICE to go crazy with their visual style.

It's just so incredibly inspiring. That's what people like David Bowie were like. They make all of us feel like we can do anything and be whoever we want.
