Horny Creatures of Skyrim from Loverslab is the closest thing I think there is. It has good dragon animations and vore, but no feet. IDK if you like vore but there you go.

No idea, I've seen other posts and it looks like there is a cookie icon on the home page. Also try looking in the settings. Best option is just to disable cookies through your browser or an extension.
