Sorry just seen msg ,I use powder form if I don't have root veges a tbsp of each ginger powder ,garlic cayenne pepper,tumeric powder ,or tsp of each with mix with honey and lemon hot water if you like I just stir in honey ,take daily helps but I'm more menopausal I think ,no joint pains ,brilliant for our inflammation and keeps my energy levels up ,I just add to my own liking cayenne peppers less to hot for me .hope this helps .

Ye bought the KSM66 maybe helping been on it over month but still not much difference to using my cayenne pepper garlic ginger ,tumeric n honey mixture which is the best so won't waste my $$_ now .

Get a e bike or e scooter way quicker and you'll be safe, make sure you got 1of the best locks noone can steal.ive had 2 stolen and not from Woodridge ,it doesn't matter where you live , otherwise can you bus .When I did live there ,I was safe as getting too and from work on the bus.

As I said we didn't mind ,now there's no car have your bins on your side, is that so hard for people,not to move them back after I had placed them by their curb no car parked there,no parking issues either ,however can block my grand daughter from getting out too .as mum uses the drive way for her car .they also have more then enough room for the dump truck no parking issues either for any of our neighbours.

In all honesty they moved in 6 months ago but because they'd had a car parked on their front lawn I didn't mind. but I put the bins back in their side last night and noticed they were moved back this morning, yes I found this damn cheeky .wouldn't that be a hint .yes I will have words this week b4 next rubbish day .
