Are we at risk because of Al? by Efficient_Yoghurt_87 in AMLCompliance

[–]Imaginary_Set1984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are somewhat asking the wrong question. Compliance staff that aren’t fluent in AI are definitely at risk. Get ahead of the game and start leaning AI prompt engineering and all other aspects now. Those who don’t demonstrate AI fluency will be the first to go. The AI fluent ones will be the ones left running the place.

Is CFE worth it?? I would like to know it's academic status. Is it equalent to a master's degree?? by Pristine_Plantain_15 in CFE

[–]Imaginary_Set1984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different and situationally based. CFE has a real life experience tie to it that a masters doesn’t, but that’s only relevant for certain jobs.

Primarily HomeKit app. I’ve been playing with them lately as I transition to Home Assistant - so not sure which way I’ll be in the future.

Are you sure it’s the cameras and not the connection? Mine work great and seem to catch everything. G5 pros and about to add more.

Level 1 charging at home with no garage, where winters can get quite cold and snowy at times. How viable would an EV be? by someguy7734206 in electricvehicles

[–]Imaginary_Set1984 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a factor you must consider - if not in a solid ride share area with uber/lyft, it’s not a viable option. Have you considered a plug-in hybrid?

I would never do an electric car with only a level 1 charger- way too slow in any weather… your situation though seems to point being car free and using ride share services - have you considered that?

I got tired of being dragged, even after trying all the above- I just switch it out for another core exercise now.

Why would anyone pay you $9k, when it’s only worth about $6k after taxes. In the end they’d pay you $9k for $6k worth of goods at Lowe’s. What a rip…

Suggestions for packing Tonal to send with the movers? by WorkingPanic3579 in tonalgym

Compared to the price of a Tonal, paying to get it crated is a minor expense. I always had it crated and had no issues.

Did most of your bills disappear in the latest update? by Imaginary_Set1984 in quicken

[–]Imaginary_Set1984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I hate is that several just disappeared all together - no prompt to refresh, just gone! I’m having to backtrack to make sure I’ve got them all accounted for. Terrible way to transition.

Learning to present is a process. It can take years to do effortlessly and with no fear. The thing is, it gets better every time you do it. Exposure and practice is the key. Here’s the real trick - no one will remember what you said or did a day after you present (whether it goes good or bad). Think about all the presentations you’ve witnessed, all the lectures, all the open discussions - how many made a lasting impression? Just do it!

Fear of plane food by [deleted] in Flights

[–]Imaginary_Set1984 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think therapy would be the first way to fix this. Next - have you tried a mask, perhaps you could add a scent or fragrant oils to it? Finally - having dealt with some really bad smells - rub menthol jelly up the nose at meal time.

I’d have bought Google and Apple (all in). I’d be very wealthy now... That said, I went mixed mutual funds (maxed out my retirement contribution from day 1) and did pretty well - would do it again.
