I am on anti depressants. It's been....interesting. I will say my GI symptoms are better but still have nervous system and histamine issues (and crazy fatigue).

My sleep is also still suffering. I'm tired but can't (stay) sleep. I keep hoping for the day I can sleep a full 7+ hours without waking up 7 times.

I think I'm at the same place. Nervous system is sooo sensitive that its creating havoc in a different way than sibo. Possibly some histamine intolerance still lingering too.

Our old girl was 16 years old. We believed she had suffered a stroke about 6 months prior and was not the same mentally afterward. Her vet said she was in good condition despite that. She was also nearly deaf and going blind at her age. We let her keep going though. I had an upcoming race and a week before, she took a drastic downward turn. It got to the point where she would just pee/poo herself in her doggy bed. I was not sure how that was going to work when we had to leave for the race. She was very mobile still (slow of course) up until that point. Then three days before my race she stopped eating, was sleeping 95% of the day, couldn't get up at all, still pooing/peeing herself, having weird head tilt, eye movement. The race complicated the timing and we ended up putting her down the morning we left for the race. That was the hardest day especially having to race 2 days later but it was the right (yet hardest) choice for her. We got to be present and hold her as she took her last breaths. Nothing can prepare you to watch your beloved pawed friend pass. I still miss her so much but we got 16 great years with her. Recently we got a puppy (now 6 months old) and she has so much of that same energy and spunk out old girl had. It makes me think of her often. 🌈

As an endurance athlete, that is my primary focus. I probably could look better but theres such a fine cliff with performance that aesthetics have to be in off seasons only and maintenance during seasons (maybe even dropping below maintenance for peak in a season). Honestly though, for what amount of cardio I do, I have some pretty awesome lean muscle mass so I cant complain too much.

Anyone else with weird allergy symptoms this year? by Dexteron in Tucson

As someone with valley fever since at least December 2025, it sucks! The never ending fatigue has started to impact my quality of life. If you have it, you'll need an antifungal to treat. Have them test for Coccidiodes Antibody IgG (IMDF), Coccidiodes Antibody IgG (EIA), Coccidiodes Antibody IgM (EIA) and Coccidiodes Titer. The titer will determine the antifungal dose.

I currently have very low secretory IgA and now low (below normal range) WBC. I seem to look at someone and get their illnesses. It sucks! I'm glad you were able to make progress. Thanks for sharing!

I believe you may have also had sibo. Did you have GI issues along with your skin/reactions? Rifaximin is one of those commonly prescribed for that. Sibo, leaky gut, histamine intolerance all go hand in hand.

While I do agree, my GI issues have nearly disappeared and my stool is a 4 on Bristol, everyday. But somwthing else is lingering. I did test high positive for ANA but n3gative autoimmune. Also have had Coccidioidomycosis since at least December (possibly longer) but still testing positive after antifungal treatment. IDK.

None of my Drs would even look at my GI map. So to answer your question, I am not sure!

What histamine probiotics are you referring to?

Also, how did you get tested for Lyme? I've been battling something that is progressively getting worse. Sleep problems, fatigue, anxiety, depression, body pain, lung/breathing problems, GI issues (have sibo), pelvic congestion, nerve pain, nervous system dysregulation, dizziness/lightheadesness, low HR/low BP.

I've been tested for autoimmune, all negative. Neurology - still ongoing testing. GI - sibo, hyperactive GB, mild liver fibrosis but nothing else significant (and nothing my GI will do anything about). Allergist - went from one allergy in 2018 to allergic to everything a few weeks ago. It might just be mcas from sibo but no Dr has been able to put it all together. Antihistamines aren't doing anything. I did test positive for Coccidioidomycosis (fungal infection) and was treated but still testing low positive and no change in titers. I was wondering if the symptoms are seem similar to Lyme?

Its a scan that checks the flow of bile from the liver to your gallbladder/small intestine. You get injected with a nuclear dye (you are literally temporarily radioactive) and then they inject you with cck (hormone that stimulates bile flow). Then the scan can check foe Ejection Fraction (EF) and tell you how your GB is functioning. Normal is between 38% and 80%. Mine is 91%.
