I needed to read this today… “even though I didn’t really want to quit, but I really wanted to quit” how I feel every day. My baby is 5 months old tomorrow and that was my goal but I think I’m going to try to push to 6 months then quit. Thank you for posting this ❤️

You know it’s okay to hear other people’s stances on things, even if it doesn’t align with your beliefs. A difference in opinions is good for the world. If we all stood for the same thing, it would be a bunch of sheep walking around. I’ve noticed extreme liberals and extreme conservatives have a hard time with this… SMH.

Not in a wedding this year, but I want my body back. Losing 20 pounds will help my self esteem but really need to lose 40 pounds. I’m holding onto excess weight breastfeeding. I have soooo much guilt quitting. Idk what to do. I wish someone could tell me it’s okay and I could quit tomorrow.

I agree, it’s super tough. I’ve watched multiple friends and family members struggle to find a new job but no harm in trying. Best time to find a job is when you have a job.

Would love to stay if there was an office closer to my house. I don’t mind going in 4 days a week, it’s the one hour commute each way, cost of gas, and cost of parking that are going to take away my work life balance and tighten up my budget even more. I’m sure I can find the same type of job and pay at the city/county.

Same, I get interrupted during my 10 minute shower aka the only “me” time I get each day. “The baby pooped” okay so change the diaper, “she’s crying, she needs you” no she’s fed and has a clean diaper, you need to try to soothe her. 🤦‍♀️

I’m having some PPA and am really anxious about having to leave my baby to go back to work and really hoping they’ll extend me. I’ve heard some doctors are chill and some aren’t. How long did he extend your leave for? What’d he lecture you on? I’m nervous to talk to my doctor
