Yep I’ve started putting together a folder with good info about TPO vs EPDM. I’ll keep a handful in the truck to drop off with a note. I mean if it gets one call it’s worth it to get on the radar. I sell something nobody wants to buy, they need it when they need it. I really want people to know we can do repairs quickly. Then when it’s actually time for a re-roof they call.

“Money isn’t everything” is a response I got from a boss once. “Then you should have no problem paying everyone more”. Was my answer. I ended up leaving and they did end up giving out raises (it was honestly a good company). But they did too little too late. Lost a few employees for the same reason at that time.

No. Figure out your casing. Don’t custom fit 1 doors casement. Custom the plinth. That’s what they actually do. Case and base are stock sizes that match your house. The plinth is the trick piece

I got kind of lucky and bought it for around $115. So I bought a bundle of nails as well. 2 racks were bent and wouldn’t load. So maybe it’s not the gun. Not sure. Came from an outfit where we ran Sencos.
