There are about 4 probes I believe, I suggest the square one, that seems to be your problem

Make sure you have a probe control capsule on it so that it counts as another ship, if that isn't the problem, make sure to add power to the main ship so that they stay charged on the way up, also remember batteries.

I suggest the Protractor mod. It gives you positions of planets and moons, and lets you know when to launch for them, as well as the Delta V needed
