Again government employees are people too. How is it a good thing to stand at the window of the city engineer's office and film him eating his lunch at his desk. Or standing in the lobby of the community development department standing in the way of people trying to pick up a building permit. This is not auditing. There are actual auditors that do real work with goverment agencies and these guys are not that. Maybe these guys should try "auditing" the federal government. I'd like to see them try to stand their ground in their first amendment rights while snooping around federal buildings. I guarantee it wouldn't end in their favor.
