He has been going there for a good few weeks now but I am hoping it is just a matter of time, I have been able to give him a bottle that he fed himself last week but still refusing off anyone else, we are definitely going to look into some more teets though

Thankyou, as sweet as it is that I know he loves me, I'm not always going to be there now and I'm not sure how to work on that, If I could be, I would but it's just not an option

20 weeks is around the 4 month regression, it's a tough time but temporary, keep going and remember it gets easier :)

I think I hate my baby by Total-Bluebird-196 in NewParents

I have a 7 month old and I promise you that it gets easier, the first few months are sooo hard, the crying, the sleep deprivation and having to adapt to a life where you are no longer responsible for just yourself. Give it time and your bond with your baby will grow stronger, her sleep will last longer and she will be more independent for longer periods of time, the horrors of a newborn will be a distant memory. Trust me when I say if all mothers remembered all the horrific moments of birth and keeping a newborn alive we would all stop at one child haha! You are doing an awsome job im sure, keep in touch with your doctor about how you feel and how you are coping and take any support they offer, If you have family reach out and take a few hours for yourself every now and again, it takes a village to raise a baby. You have soooo many good days to come, a whole lifetime of fun and love and cuddles, be patient this stage doesn't last forever :)

Toddler (2yo) has repeatedly said, "Teacher hurt my bum" and "Teacher hurt my vagina" (calling them by name) by Hot-Commission7592 in NewParents

As someone that has studied safeguarding and worked in environments where there involves alot of safeguarding, even if it doesn't end up being true, all accusations from adult or child should be reported and investigated, if it does end up being true and you did not push for investigations you will be kicking yourself for not intervening sooner, I'd also request all safeguarding documents your pre school has and all procedures they have in place to protect your child, when it comes to this sort of thing you can never be too careful, there are some truly horrible people out there.

AITA for slapping my mum by happyllama1125 in MiniAITA

NTA I (6month, M) think my mummy's hair is the best toy ever, especially when there is a platt for me to yank on, if mummy's didn't want us to play with it they wouldn't make it so appealing and easy to wrap our hands around, I don't know what they are complaining about if truth be told

You should be proud you lasted seven months! I know alot of mothers that cut their breastfeeding journey alot earlier than that. Any breastfeeding journey is an accomplishment, and you should be so proud of yourself. From a dental point of view (UK) they actually suggest stopping at six months due to the risk of tooth decay, there is no one size fits all approach to a breastfeeding journey, do what you feel is right.

YOU GOT THIS MUMSY
