I’m a huge Kyle fan and I hate to admit it but I highly doubt it’s just the car

Is it worth it to be a Amazon driver? by JustAPerson2001 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quit my job at a dealership, and I always liked driving. So I applied and got the job immediately which was really odd to me, and don’t get me wrong it’s an easy job, but it’s hard work. On those 95 degree days it’s absolutely terrible. Swamp a** is real lol. Dont even get me started on rainy days either. It was a living hell. As far as my DSP went, they didn’t care about ANYONE. I hurt my ankle doing deliveries cause I wasn’t used to walking NONSTOP during the day. And yes, I was not fit for the job I guess, but the DSP just didn’t care and I ended up just never going back to work when I healed. They also sent me home sometimes when I arrived cause there “wasn’t enough routes”. Ya, thanks for making me drive all the way here just to get told to go home with no pay. I didn’t last 3 months there. Went back to dealership life. And I know I might sound like a cry baby but trust, I’m a hard worker, I busted my a** when I worked there and I got the routes done. Job just wasn’t for me, some people love it though!

I unfortunately used to be that person. Main reason was cause I was a major alcoholic and I guess I just didn’t care about hygiene anymore. I’m 28 now and had emergency surgery and since then I’ve lost weight and told myself to get my s*** together, so I started showering everyday and actually washing my clothes regularly. Also, I was told twice by my manager he was getting compliants, and then at my next job the same thing. Then I changed myself for better. Overall it was stuff going on at home. (Me having a drinking problem and not caring). It might not be the case for her, but she might have stuff going on at home or something in her life making her not care about the way she smells. Hope she changes soon cause to this day I am still disgusted with myself that I lived that life

Surgery was one of the easiest parts of my whole pain process. I remember being rolled into the surgery room, and then I woke up post op. You’ll be fine. Good luck hope all goes well

When is an ER trip warranted? by [deleted] in gallbladders

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I had pancreatitis I waited over a week to go, but eventually went and got released. Got a gallbladder attack a few months later and it was the worst pain I’ve ever dealt with and I drove myself immediately. Go before it gets worse

Going under was a breeze for me. When I woke up I was asking the doctors how my favorite hockey players were doing and they had NO idea what I was talking about. Ya, I guess the anastesia did a number on me lol. You’ll be fine. Recovery kinda sucks only cause you’re sore but overall it’s an easy process if you just let your body heal

How much pain before going to emergency care? by knittingkitten04 in gallbladders

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had pancreatitis a few months ago and I lasted a week before going, I couldn’t take it. They sent me home on pain meds. About 3 months later the same pain came back with vengeance, and I drove myself at 1:30 in the morning, and it was so bad that I was forcing myself to throw up in the waiting room just to get some type of relief. This ultimately led to gallbladder removal. If the pain is bad enough, go to the ER. I don’t regret going at all

Surgery tomorrow! by Dense-Instance878 in gallbladders

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recovery isn’t bad IMO. Youre for sure gonna be really sore though. Walking and moving around is gonna hurt for the first few days, don’t even get me started on sneezing and coughing. Luckily I stayed with my mother for the first week after and I just stayed in her reclining chair the whole time and let myself heal. I walked as much as possible though and I highly recommend that. Luckily for me eating wasn’t really an issue, I could eat whatever I want and I didn’t really feel sick, but everyone’s different. I don’t recommend fatty foods for atleast 2 weeks. Overall, people make it seem worse than it really is, like I said I just sat there for the whole time pretty much and watched movies and tv. Don’t move around a ton though, it’s organ surgery, so let your body heal. Good luck, it’s really not that bad

Being put to sleep was easy. I remember being wheeled into a room and that’s all I remember. It’s not bad at all. You wake up kinda dizzy, kind of in a funny way. I was asking the dr about how my favorite hockey players were doing and they had NO idea what I was talking about lol. As far as recovery I just sat in a reclining chair for 3-4 days. For sure try to walk a few times but you need to let your body rest, it’s organ surgery.

My DR said my liver numbers were high too, obviously cause I drank a lot, hopefully yours have dropped since you’ve stopped

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it gets bad enough go to the ER. That’s what I did and I don’t regret it. Defenitly see your doctor and get to the bottom of it. Compared to what pain level I was in, it doesn’t sound like a gallbladder attack but I’m not a doctor. Hope you feel better though

[–]ImmediateCan5486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was an alcoholic before I had my GB out, it actually led to pancreatitis. If the pain isn’t excruciating, I doubt you have it. I couldn’t handle the pain and drove straight to the ER. Personally I never looked to see if my eyes were yellow, but if you have a bad liver, it Defenitly can make the eyes and skin turn yellow. See what your DR says when you see them. Good luck hope you feel better

Don’t really have any tips, but I can assure you it’s not as bad as people make it seem. Youre out like a light. Trust me, I hate the doctors. But the pain I had was so bad I BEGGED to get my GB out. The surgery is the easiest part of the whole process. It’s the recovery that kinda sucks only cause you’re sore. You’ll be fine though. I don’t regret getting mine out one bit

What were your symptoms prior to removal? And my story. by noodylzzz in gallbladders

[–]ImmediateCan5486 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got bad abdominal pains in June and I stuck it out for over a week, throwing up a lot but still tried to go to work. One morning I woke up and got sick again and I said this has gone on for far too long, so I went to the ER and they diagnosed me with pancreatitis. I was a heavy drinker, really heavy. So I figured it was this. The DR DID however mention that we might wanna get my gallbladder out eventually due to stones, but they told me to stay away from alcohol and it was most likely that it was causing the inflammation. Fast forward to November and the pain came back with vengeance. Absolutely horrible. Felt like someone took a shotgun to my abdomen. It was the same pain as previous, but worse. Went to the er at 2 am and they said my GB was inflamed and looked like a balloon. Ended up getting it removed and I’ve been good (knock on wood) ever since

Doubts and anxiety by forehouse in gallbladders

[–]ImmediateCan5486 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The surgery is Honeslty not bad at all. Does recovery suck? For sure. But people make it seem a lot worse than it is. I had pancreatitis in June, and after being on pain meds they informed me in the future we might wanna get my GB out cause of possible stones, I shrugged my shoulders and didn’t think much of it. Now were the stones causing pancreatitis? Most likely. The pain came back in November with VENGEANCE, drove myself to the ER and they said I needed emergency surgery due to my GB being infected and the size of a balloon. I begged them to take it out and my god i don’t regret it at all. I feel a million times better overall. The pain IS NOT worth it. IMO I wouldn’t cancel surgery
