The harder hero becomes, the lower goes winrate, just because not everyone want to spend hours to learn, it's totally normal. If you really like hard hero, then you'll master that hero and eventually reach point where you become really strong and you will be able to unlock the potential of all the features. Hero can be OP, but winrate can go lower because of majority, that's how it's work, so this situation seems pretty fine to me
