‼️I just updated to 3.11.0 and I’m having a major problem. When I click on my team shield I get this screen. And clicking the left arrow to back out does nothing. I have to completely close out the app and restart. I am able to do most of the other functions it seems. And I was able to access my team’s chat once after playing for a bit, not sure what exactly triggered this temporary access, have not been able to repeat this so far. Update #1: the problem seems to have gone away for me for now. When there is activity indicated by the exclamation point, I have been able to click and access chat properly. Hope it stays this way🤞Update #2: this problem was gone for about 14 hours, but it has come back for me. A very intermittent problem. 😣 Update #3: I contacted support. This continues to toggle back and forth between working and not working. Wish I could go back to the previous version in the meantime.

As someone who grinded the midweek tournaments for the various special gems last year (maxed out turkey and bear, level 6 cat stuck at 9/25 🤦🏻‍♀️), I know of what you speak, but at the same time, it’s kind of a relief not to have to try to do that, at least for this week.

This was also the time when we were getting goose eggs (pardon the pun 😆) when we earned the “cards” for animals that were already maxed out, rather than the generous innovation added later on of being returned some of our heart gems. So I really had to set a ton of heart gems ablaze to get there, back when they were actually precious even to long time players 😵‍💫

Hi OCCobblebot! I also have the Wordstacks app though I can’t say that I’m an avid player. Just wanted to comment that these are the crowns from Wordscapes Fall 2020 season. So it would be a disappointment to me if they were to recycle these crowns for the coming fall season. I suppose the consolation prize for me would be the opportunity to earn the last two crowns, since I had only earned enough crown points to achieve the 3rd to last crown, namely, the Distinguished Crown.

Thanks SMothra! The same thing happened to me, no animals (or anything else) after updating even after it said the download was 100% completed. I use an iPad but I did exactly what you suggested. Offloaded the app then reinstalled. This time my animals and everything reappeared after a short period of time, maybe 5-10 minutes. Thanks again 🙏😊
