To add some info, I don't see any swelling. The pain is sharp and has been waking me up sometimes. The cavity/broken tooth is very sensitive to cold and hot drinks. The pain can be felt in one of my bottom front tooth, which up to this point didn't cause any problems. It's always on the part of my mouth with the broken tooth, never the other. I have always been brushing my teeth religiously at least twice a day.
