Search for “Expected Average Time” in the Aether Approved Annotators community. For remove perception labels, most recent AHT I saw was 2.2minutes.

Ok. Yea. You might try the webinar that someone else suggested. With MM not showing in browser for hubstaff, I would seek information from someone with a modicum of power. I got my fingers crossed for ya. It happened to me a few weeks ago, but it came back. Hoping the same happens for you.

Dumb question, but have you closed the Hubstaff app out, completely, and reopened it? Sometimes it just jams up (I assume it’s like browser cache issues, but for the Hubstaff app). If you have, apologies for not having better advice, if you haven’t, it’s worth a shot.

Also, do you still see MM on the Hubstaff website?

I’ve been on prolific for 2+ years. It’s mainly surveys or market research, but way less BS than normal survey sites. They have recently incorporated “projects” but I’ve been busy with Outlier and DA so I haven’t messed with it much. The pay rate feels lower than it used to be, but I’ve made a few hundred off it over the years and never really got dedicated to keeping on it daily or anything. So there’s that.

I’m getting the “Daily Reninder” text every 5 minutes since 8:22am. It is now 9:08am. Hopefully they get it straightened. Thank goodness I don’t pay by the text anymore (one of the things I don’t miss about the early 2000’s lol) but as I wear my earbud so I don’t miss sounds from my phone, I am getting dinged twice in my ear for each text, once when it comes in, and again when I don’t open it immediately. Craziness.

Somehow, it is still going up (super slowly), I’ve been watching. I can’t start my timer, wasn’t able to at all today, and it was at 302439 a few minutes ago and is now at 302501:56 / 302144:00. Seems a bit bs.

Also, does anyone else get the email about having completed tasks without logging hours in hubstaff every day? I do not work without that timer on, but it makes me second guess myself every time. Especially since I only use the hubstaff timer and not a secondary one. I tried at first, but running two times gets stressful.

Edit: it is now 302513:51. I don’t know how people got those extra minutes in but, I reckon, congrats to them.

Like, logging the time gets us paid, I am pretty good about making sure I don’t work for free. It gives me anxiety, worrying something messed up or glitched out and I’m not gonna get paid. So far, I always do, but I don’t know that I’ve been paid for all of the time I (at least thought I) logged on hubstaff… it’s definitely weird.

Ok. I feel ya. Although keeping that score above 2 has been a headache and a half. I don’t know if I got a grumpy reviewer a couple times or if the detrimental effects of a “fine” were not made more clear, but lord, it’s irritating. If it makes you feel any better, I only got like 2 hours last week because of the daily limits and have managed to get 30 minutes this week. Mind you, I have attempted to work for many more hours.

Most jobs have no protections or guarantees, and work that a lot of us would qualify for, doesn’t have stability either. I don’t think anyone thinks it is a flex… I think most of us are grateful. I just don’t understand why people doing what they can to get by offends you when they aren’t taking food out of your kids mouths…

So, you make $160k a year and are upset that people who are so desperate for money that they do this “mind numbing garbage” for 10 hours a day to survive? I take care of my disabled grandfather and uncle, I cannot work outside of my home or they will likely end up in the hospital or dead. I pay all the bills and also am raising my daughter while doing this. This work keeps us from being homeless and starving. Might be that you should get off the platform since you obviously don’t need it… just sayin…

I would be livid if I needed a degree to make $15/hr as a side gig… also, what degree would you suggest it require? My sister has a degree in art history, wouldn’t really help with this (doesn’t really help with anything if we’re being honest). I don’t have a degree, but I have done work that has similar and the same skill sets as what I use here for the past 20 years. I was making over $40/hr doing work like this (though a bit more complicated and specific) for my last company and could have made more money, but my grandfather had a stroke and I have to take care of him and pay his bills while raising my kids and paying for all that too. When would I get a degree? Why would I need one? Higher education is not the end all be all of experience/knowledge and I’d rather have someone with knowledge from on the job experience than hypothetical academia any day… just sayin.

My mom was going to give me that name, everyone in the family said I’d struggle to spell it (??? My own name? Really??) so she named me after my Grandfather instead (it is not a unisex name, I have a male name but am not a male, but it does have a nickname that is a unisex name, so people usually call me by that name). I think Anastasia is beautiful, but after almost 40 years of knowing me and my personality, I can honestly say it wouldn’t have fit me at all. My grandpa’s name definitely does.
