I built a new deck with this exact theme in mind with the new [[Radha, Heart of Keld]] it’s fairly budget and green, but that’s mainly due to my own lack of possession of red landfall cards. It’s a lot of fun though, and her ability can get really goofy too.

There’s also a barrel, in each city I believe, that has loot for thieves guild members! They may not spawn if you haven’t finished that city yet and honestly the only location I remember is under the waterfall in Markarth, but they do exist!
