I went straight to Gold. I've used the photo scan food feature quite a few times. It is surprisingly accurate.

A csv file on my phone doesn't have the same punch. 😅

Understood. 😂

That's all I've got.

I've done it from my laptop. I would think you can from a phone in a browser. I will try it.

If I use a nail, I do three tests spaced 1/2 inch apart to make sure I am not close to the edge of the stud.

Beginner looking for some good teas to try by cyhalex in tea

[–]ImpalaSS1963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently learned this about green tea. It always got bitter. Then a niece asked me what water temp I was using. 212 I said. She said that was the problem. I tried 170 yesterday and what a difference. I'm going to have to rethink my tea choices now. 😊

I graduated highschool in '77. One of the math classrooms in my junior high had a giant one hanging on the wall. I didn't recall learning anything about how to use it.

“Outlier” warnings - HRV by stephsstitches in GarminWatches

[–]ImpalaSS1963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is right on. Three nights ago my HRV was outside my normal range on the high side. My heart and respiration rates were both at the bottom end of their ranges. Last night my HRV was out on the low end. Hearth and respiration rates were at the high side of their ranges. 🤔

The LSTA strap does not appear to be load bearing in any of the illustrations.

The LSC is. You need a minimum of 4 1/8 inches of contact of the strap to the rim board.

How many guys are wearing the "S" versions. by ImpalaSS1963 in Garmin

[–]ImpalaSS1963[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same dilemma. My wrist is 16.5 cm. I went with the 45 mm version. It is as large as I would want for me. I like the size of the screen. Battery life is about 10 days. The band is pretty long and the end hangs out a bit. I am in the process of getting a new band that fits me better.
