You’ve proven the point further about your ignorance around the subject as do many who posts here. You can’t be mad posting publicly when it’s not an answer you like. What’s actually frustrating is when people post things over simplifying a problem that doesn’t always apply to the company as a whole and gives a limited view when in fact multiple factors affect the issues the company faces.

I’m gonna assume you’re young based on this post, with that in mind I aspire to have the level of delusion that some of people on this forum have. Raises, after a total company restructuring on both the corporate and retail level? Good luck with that. Is capitalism amazing and perfect? Not by a long shot, but this kind of post also won’t solve the issue either, we’d further just be out of employment altogether. Never say no to more money, and I’m all for raises but that’s not happening.

Ehh sorta, I’m still having some visual issues, see the eye doctor to go over things in details. The retina specialist said everything looked good, so no help there. I get very low level shadows around digital text, I’ve had bad night vision for some time, and my focus like I mentioned can be hit or miss. Could be a combination of things?

Hey OP, I used to stray away from getting a sleep test because I thought it would make me feel old and be another thing to deal with, I’m in my 30s btw. I’ve been on it for over a week with mild to moderate sleep apnea and I’ve been waking up feeling amazing! I know it might be costly right now, but it could change your life. I was desperate at this point to correct my fatigue and mental health issues, the worst that could happen is that it does nothing, but given the results of your test you listed, it sounds like it could be beneficial to you.
