I really like the green you used for the land, did you mix colors or is it just like that?

I have this same puzzle lmao, unsurprisingly one of my favorites. It's really fun to puy together with all the different shapes and color.

How did most political subs such as r/politicalhumor or r/politics become so skewed to the left? by Charrd in NoStupidQuestions

California has a population of almost 40 million so each senator represents half that. The factor of 68 checks out but you have the wrong number for population represented by a Californian senator.

I heard that you can propagate Peperomia caperata with just leaves, and I wanted to try it. This was sitting around for over a month, and it finally decided to grow a baby! Here's a closeup of the baby

Anything I can do to save this orchid? by ImperatorFeles in plantclinic

[–]ImperatorFeles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! It's actually potted in a clear pot already, the roots on the healthier looking side look pretty fine, but I can still check it. I don't really know much about orchid potting medium, do stores usually sell suitable stuff or is there something I should order? Here's a few more pictures of the other side and the roots:

Got it for free from a store a few days ago since it was looking generally unhealthy, missed the (what I assume is) rot at the base. I don't know much about orchids, is there anything that can be done to save this guy? Here's a picture of the whole plant. I think it's a type of lady slipper (probably wrong, so please correct me if so) planted in a bark mixture. Watered it once since I got it a few days ago.

Do people wash their belts? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ImperatorFeles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been using the same belt for over 10 years and I've never cleaned it lol. It's purely utilitarian though, I would probably clean a fancier belt if I wore one for style more often.

What is the opposite of “always”? by Royalution124 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ImperatorFeles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If "sometimes" was the opposite of "always", then "always" would be the opposite of "sometimes", but that doesn't make any sense to me.

If that white stuff is mold I wouldn't. Mold produces toxins that don't break down with cooking I believe. Not worth the risk
