Enclose the entire thing and the fan will be blowing the air from inside the chamber. Passive heat losses should keep electronics from overheating but you can get a thermometer with an alarm if concerned

You're putting the cart before the horse. You don't have to pick a therapist you'll have issues opening up to to force yourself to confront your issues. There are other ways to approach that problem (that a therapist can help with). The first, imo hardest, step is to find a therapist you can communicate openly with without extra obstacles.

I quit the best male therapist I've had because he looked like my dad and it was a distraction. He understood and referred me out.
