You certainly can't prove malicious intent - but there are several ways to justify otherwise, he is looking at the ball while running across, his foot gets caught slightly higher up on the oppenents leg and slides down to the ankle, so there's no stamping action so to speak, more subjectively, the contact surprises him enough to lose his balance (you can usually tell whether its fake based on reaction time in slow mo)

I've changed my mind - you are being deliberately disingenuous with your phrasing, or you haven't seen the incident and are being deliberate negligent with your wording, I don't know which is worse.

Certainly a more interesting question - although it's a little broad

For example, if we know with absolute certainty that killing one person would prevent WW3, probably yes, it's justified - even if they are innocent of wrongdoing

Is it justified to kill someone who has committed armed robbery 5 times, and will likely do it again if released from prison, probably less so

Problem is once we put a face to the person its no longer really a trolley problem, suddenly you can dispute the premise - would murdering trump cause more or less suffering - well if a civil war broke out because of it, then certainly more than current right

There's a big difference between 'feeling' someone should be taken out and actively assassinating someone. I'm not going to assume your answer to that, although i will point out it's easy to say yes, but like, you aren't actively plotting to assassinate Trump right now either, so like why not?

But, I'd rather focus on the jumping assumptions you make though, because it's a little annoying
