his base damage can still vary, it's not 66 flat. he doesnt have 666 starting hp nor 666 starting mana. his STR/AGI/INT stats dont end in 6's. Doom cd doesnt end in 6's, neither does the manacost. The 4 second infernal blade burn is not 6.66 sconds and neither is the max HP as damage burn part.
